This
holder is designed to prevent toppling of cylinders when they
are used next to a lab bench or hood. The holder body is made of
cast aluminum and can be attached securely to an over-hanging
table top without marring the surface. The strap is nylon web
and includes a sturdy buckle. The holder handles cylinders from
4 to 15 inches in diameter.

cylinder holder is similar in design to the Model 508. The Model
508A can be used on benches which have shorter lips since the
seating surface of the turn screw has a smaller base and also
rotates. The holder handles cylinders from 4 to 15 inches in
diameter.
