Matheson's
Gas Standards Generator automatically produces precise
calibration standards for single or multi-port calibration of
gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, and other analytical
devices. The unit consists of a self-contained dynamic blending
system and integral mass flow controller transducers supplied
per channel. Stainless steel packless valves control flow to the
process line and feature positive shut-off with a diaphragm seal
for high purity and low diffusion. |
| The Model
8350 Gas Standards Generator Series produces calibration gas
mixtures by blending up to four individual gas components. The
Model 8354 4-channel design accurately controls the flow rates
of four different gases in a dynamic flowing system. Each of the
channels has individual potentiometers and control switches in
addition to shut-off valves for purging. The single digital
display is operated by an eight position switch---four positions
for reading percent of range and four positions for setting
controller flow rates. The Model 8352 2-channel design with
individual digital readouts per channel generates a gas
calibration mixture, using two components. A Model 8356
2-channel multiple mixing version is also available which
re-mixes the blended gas with pure component in order to provide
a lower concentration of blended gas. |

Generator Series is ideal for applications involving calibration
of gas standards, gas chromatography, and emission analysis. The
units are suitable for use with gases that are non-corrosive or
semi-corrosive in nature and gases that are compatible with the
