Gas Distribution Panels Model PAN-4500 Series
Description
A high
purity stainless steel regulator, diaphragm packless valves, and
an oxygen and moisture removing purifier are mounted on the
panel. The regulator controls the delivery pressure for ranges
up to 100 psig and features metal to metal seals. The valves
ensure positive shut-off of gas flow and feature a diaphragm
seal for high purity. A purifier removes trace contaminants of
oxygen down to a 0.1 ppm level and moisture down to a < 0.5
ppm level. The PuriReg panel also has low pressure gas purge
capability and is supplied with a relief valve for safety in the
event of system overpressure.
