Matheson's
GEN-NTP1000 Ultra High Purity Nitrogen Generator produces UHP
nitrogen using proprietary membrane technology and a user
supplied compressed air source. The hollow fiber membranes
selectively pass different components through the membrane walls
at different rates. Oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water are passed
rapidly through the membrane walls, and are removed from the
generator through a vent. Nitrogen is retained within the
membranes, and flows to the outlet of the generator as a
purified product. |
