| Matheson's
low cost GEN-NTP Series Nitrogen Generators provide a convenient
source of on-site nitrogen for applications that do not require
an ultra high purity nitrogen source. These units use membrane
technology and a user-supplied compressed air source to produce
nitrogen flow rates from 6 to 399 scfh. The compressed air is
passed through two filters with condensate traps to remove
water, oil, and particulates. The air then passes into the
hollow fiber membranes, where the nitrogen is selectively
removed from the air. Nitrogen purity and flow rates can be
adjusted to suit individual requirements. |
